1 frozen banana
3-4 chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon Love Your Gut (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Super easy and ready in a flash!
