This nutritious and delicious breakfast is high in fibre, antioxidants and magnesium. You'll read throughout this site about my love for magnesium and how it aids in our well-being and balancing hormones.
The probiotic yoghurt aids with good gut health. This breakfast ticks a lot of well-being boxes.
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped medjool or dried dates
1/4 cup mixed berries
1 tsp desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of greek yoghurt
Place berries, dates, almonds and coconut in a small bowl and mixed together until all ingredients are well combined.
Spoon yoghurt into breakfast bowl and top with the berry and nut mixture.
Sprinkle chia and pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
