Tuna & Brown Rice Salad
This quick and super easy salad is packed with Omega-3, protein, selenium and Vitamin D and magnesium from the tuna and brown rice alone.
Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked brown rice
95g of canned tuna
1 cup of your choice of salad ingredients (e.g. corn kernels, chopped cucumber, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado)
1/4 cup of feta
1. Drain liquid from can of tuna and add to your cooked brown rice and mix through.
2. Add your chopped, favourite salad ingredients to your tuna mix.
3. Top with crumbled feta
